How much is shipping and handling?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

When will you ship my items?

Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 1–3 days.

When will my order arrive?

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about “14-30 days” or “20-30 days”. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

What if the item I received is defective?

Please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel your order, we must hear from you in 24 hours since placing that order. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
